Build a rate card you can actually send.
This free rate card maker for influencers prices a real deliverable set — a reel plus three stories plus 30 days of paid usage, say — as one line-itemised quote, not one flat number for "a post." Then it renders a 15-second video of your own numbers, ready to post as a Reel or Short. No login, no signup, ₹0.

Why "a post" isn't a price
A brand DMs asking "what's your rate for a post?" and most creators answer with a single number, because that's the shape of the question. But a reel isn't a story frame, a carousel isn't a static post, and bundling three deliverables into one flat fee is usually how a creator ends up doing four times the work for the price of one. If you've already used our influencer fee calculator to work out what a single reel or video is worth on its own, this tool picks up from there — it prices the whole package, not one line item.
The deliverable set, not the deliverable
Real briefs rarely ask for one thing. A typical ask is a reel plus three stories plus a follow-up carousel two weeks later, and each of those has a different production cost, a different shelf life and a different reach — which is exactly why they shouldn't share a price. This creator rate card template starts from your real numbers — handle, platform, average views — and lets you add each deliverable as its own line item, priced off what that specific format is worth relative to your baseline post rather than averaged into one number that quietly undercharges for the harder pieces. Pick a preset — "reel + 3 stories," "launch package" — or build the set item by item; either way, the quote itemises every line, so a brand can see exactly what it's paying for and can't argue that a story frame should cost what a reel does.
Usage rights: the line that costs creators the most money without anyone noticing
Ask ten creators how much to charge for a sponsored reel and most will quote a fee for posting it. Almost none will separately price what happens to it afterwards: whether the brand can only leave it live on your own grid, repost it to their own page, or run it as a paid ad targeting audiences well past your own following. That last one — paid usage — is usually the single biggest number on the whole quote, because a brand running your face as an ad for 30 or 90 days is buying media reach, not a favour, and it should be priced closer to what they'd pay a stock creator or actor than what they'd pay you to simply post. Perpetual or buyout usage, where the brand can use the content forever across any channel, should be priced like the acquisition it actually is. This tool adds usage as its own line, worked out as a percentage on top of the deliverable total, so it's visible on the quote instead of buried inside a single number nobody thinks to ask about.
What a rate-card video actually is, and why it beats a screenshot in a DM
Every other free tool on this site gives you a number or an image. This one also renders a 15-18 second film of your own numbers — your follower count, your real views, your package, your invoice total — animated with its own sound design, sized for Reels and Shorts, and ready to download as an MP4. It's the only tool here that does this, and it exists because a screenshot of a rate card gets forwarded once and then forgotten, while a short video posted to your own Reels feed works as a public, dated rate card that keeps working after the DM thread is gone. The PRsathi watermark sits on every single frame rather than as one end card, deliberately, so it survives someone trimming the clip down to just the invoice-total moment. It defaults to the top-left corner because that's the one spot Reels and Shorts never cover with their own caption text or action-button column — pick a different corner and you're gambling with the platform's own UI.
Package discounts and add-ons, priced honestly
Bundling deliverables should cost a brand a little less per item, the way buying more of anything usually does — but the discount should stay small enough that it never eats into what any single deliverable is worth on its own. This tool applies a modest, rising discount as your total deliverable count grows, then adds back anything that genuinely increases cost: category exclusivity, a rush turnaround under 72 hours, writing your own concept and script, handing over raw files, or extra revision rounds. Each is a percentage on top, so a brand asking for exclusivity and a 72-hour turnaround on the same job can see exactly why that costs more than the base quote, rather than a number that looks arbitrary.
What this tool is not
The pricing model behind this tool is PRsathi's own, not audited market data — treat every number as a defensible starting position for a negotiation, not a quote a court would recognise. GST at 18% and TDS at 10% are shown at their standard rates, not tax advice for your specific situation; talk to a chartered accountant if your numbers are unusual. Barter is capped at half the deal value here for a reason — it's still a taxable supply in India even when no cash changes hands, and a brand offering to cover an entire fee in product is asking you to carry that GST question alone. Once a deal actually closes, this tool's quote isn't the invoice — that's what the invoice generator is for. And if you just need one straightforward number for one post, without the deliverable-set or usage-rights layer, the influencer fee calculator is the faster tool for that.
