This page tells you who to contact if you have a complaint about content, conduct, or the operation of the PRsathi platform, and what response you can expect.
01Purpose
PRsathi is operated by an individual developer, as disclosed in our Terms & Conditions. This Grievance Redressal mechanism gives users, and any affected third party, a direct channel to raise concerns about content on the platform, a user's conduct, a privacy concern, or any other issue arising from use of the Service.
02Grievance Officer
The designated Grievance Officer for PRsathi is:
03What You Can Report
You can file a grievance about:
- Content you believe is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates our Terms & Conditions.
- A user impersonating you, or misrepresenting their identity, audience, or authority.
- A privacy concern regarding your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- A safety concern arising from a collaboration, message, or campaign on the platform.
- Any other complaint about how the Service operates.
For account-specific issues such as billing, account access, or a dispute with another user, you can also use our general Contact page — grievances filed here reach the same team.
04How to File a Grievance
Email the Grievance Officer with:
- Your name and the email address registered on your PRsathi account, if you have one.
- A description of the content, conduct, or issue you are reporting.
- A link, screenshot, or other reference identifying what you're reporting, where available.
If your grievance concerns specific content on the platform (a profile, post, campaign, or message), you can also use the in-app Report feature, which routes directly to our moderation queue.
05Acknowledgement & Resolution Timeline
We acknowledge receipt of a grievance within 24 hours.
We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days of receipt, in line with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021. Some matters — particularly those requiring verification of facts from multiple parties — may take longer; if so, we will let you know the expected timeline.
06Escalation
If you are not satisfied with how a grievance was handled, you may write again referencing your original complaint for a further review. You also retain any rights available to you under applicable law, independent of this mechanism.
